The 20th Annual Juror's Choice Prize will be awarded by Margaret Wappler.

Margaret Wappler has written about the arts and pop culture for Rolling Stone, Elle, New York Times, and the Los Angeles Times. Her 2016 novel Neon Green was a finalist for the VCU Cabell First Novelist Award. A Good Bad Boy, her biography of Luke Perry and memoir of growing up in the ‘90s, was excerpted in Vanity Fair, featured in People Magazine, and praised by the Washington Post as "a moving meditation on Luke Perry's life and the still-unthinkable strangeness of his absence." She lives in Los Angeles.
